Cadbury is a male "blue merle" Australian Shepherd who lives in Connecticut with the other members of his human and canine family. He occasionally puts "paw to paper" to share his musings and observations on life from the canine perspective.
Bear is a male "black bi-color" Australian Shepherd who is seven human years younger than Cadbury. His principal purpose in life appears to be to play the role of annoying younger sibling to Cadbury, a role Cadbury once played for Logan, and Logan played for Charlie, and Charlie played for Buddy.
Logan was a handsome male "black tri-color" Australian Shepherd who shared his wit and wisdom generously with Cadbury, and is sorely missed. His relationship with Cadbury serves as the model for Cadbury's developing relationship with Bear.
